Meeting Scheduler

We have a system designed to help our delegates book meetings with each other easily. The meetings will be of 25 minutes of duration with 5 minutes of break allowing you time to relax and prepare for the other one.

The 1:1 Meeting Scheduler details will be sent our by email to all the delegates 1 month before the conference date.

You can prepare your brochures, digital materials or name cards as well to use for the meetings, and even to display on the registration area.
